As Director of Brand & Design, I led the development and execution of the company’s brand identity from the ground up, establishing a cohesive visual and strategic foundation for a growing tech organization. I played a key role in navigating and defining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touch-points while allowing flexibility for innovation as the company scaled. I designed the overall look and feel of the brand, translating business goals and product vision into a modern, recognizable visual identity. This included creating and maintaining brand guidelines, setting standards for typography, color systems, layout, and tone, and guiding internal teams and external partners on proper brand usage.

I was responsible for designing all social media brand materials, including templates, campaign assets, and platform-specific graphics, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across channels. Through close collaboration with leadership, marketing, and product teams, I aligned brand strategy with company objectives, strengthening brand recognition and credibility in a competitive tech landscape.
